People talk about product sense as if it were innate, something you either have or you do not. In practice it is closer to a muscle. It grows when you pay deliberate attention to how people use what you build.
The habit that matters most is asking why before what. Before debating a feature, get clear on the problem it solves and for whom. Many roadmaps are full of solutions in search of a problem, and the cost is not just wasted effort. It is the trust you lose when customers feel unheard.
The second habit is shipping to learn. A rough version in front of real users teaches you more in a week than a quarter of internal debate. Treat each release as a question you are asking the market, and listen carefully to the answer.
